I will be adding a new Painting to my Journal Painting Series. If you are wondering what that may be, it’s telling my past through a series of paintings from my private Journal.

My past has been dark and I have left many stories on the beaten path of my walk along the darkness of the roads. Some stories I have told, was only to, less then a handful of people.

I know many of my paintings are that of dark art and if you had read my previous blog, you will get a better understanding to the dark art paintings.

Not only was my dark past due to trials and tribulations, fighting mental illness, advocating mental health, bad relationships, it was also due to something much more deeper then the above.

Only a few people in my life know about this darker secret of a past. No, it wasn’t anything bad or illegal I have done. It was just a horrific part of my past.

In fact, I’ve told one of my darkest secrets to a complete stranger in the past couple of days. Now, I really do not know what compelled me to tell my dark secret to this stranger, but, perhaps because of the line of work he is in.

His line of work is something I can personally relate to in life. A white noise if I may. Perhaps this is why I felt compelled to tell my story to him.

This story will also be painted in my journal painting series as well in the coming future. If you have been following me on Social Media for years, perhaps you’ve heard me once talk about that aspect of my life at one time or another.

In closing, these journal paintings are personal experiences in my life. I do not write a story of words on the paintings I create from my journal, I paint the story for you to read.
