That’s what was told to me. “You’re a mystery when it comes to your paintings”. “Your work represents your personality and if one did not dig deep into it, you could not see the inner side”. “You have a mysterious style”.

I was told that my beginning stages to my paintings is like a mystery. The painting leaves the Imagination of one to wonder. It’s not what was Imagined to be after the finished piece is seen.

I suppose my style could give off that perception in the very first few painting stages. I guess I don’t see that, because, I don’t intend for it to be a mystery.

I know my finished pieces of art could be hard to read into the meaning of the painting or drawing. I draw and paint deep. Deep with emotions and life. This, I’ve been told by many.

Perhaps some of the things told to me is true. My personality in my work and the deepness of the painting. Perhaps to a trained eye or to a soul whisperer my paintings can be read? I see it this way, if you love the painting for what it is, that’s what matters to me. Yes, I can see that painting deeper for what it shows the eye of the beholder because, I am the painter of the painting.

You see a beautiful painting of a wolf. A wolf with courage and strength in it’s eyes. I see that wolf walking alone into the deep realm of life’s journies. That wolf has become the Lone Wolf. You love the painting for what you see the wolf to be, I love the painting for what energy I released while painting that wolf and what that wolf has set out to be.

Like a good mystery book, I suppose there can actually be a good mystery painting.
