2023 is starting off really good for me, physically and mentally, health wise. In May it’ll be my one-year anniversary of putting down the cigarettes and not smoking any longer. I’ve shed off 30 pounds since October of 2022 and my A1C percentage is down 7.8 from a percentage of 12. Needless to say, I’m feeling happy and physically good.

Since the start of the new year, I’ve produced seven paintings (3 canvas paintings, 1clock painting and 3 wood burnings) You can view these paintings on my TikTok and Instagram posts. Not bad for 20 days into January. A lot more paintings and crafts are planned for the days ahead.
