Having completed my journal painting and shared the time-lapse video from start to finish on my social media, Instagram (short version) and TikTok (long version), I ponder what to embark on next. Another painting, naturally, my dear friends! The decision of which type of painting to pursue is still in the air—wood burning, canvas painting, clock making, or fabric painting on a hat, shirt, or tote bag. Regardless of the choice, it’s bound to be a delightful experience. This latest artistic endeavor was accomplished amidst discomfort and distress due to a persistent toothache over the past three days, and the difficulty in securing a dental appointment as they are booked months in advance. Enduring the pain without relief from ibuprofen has been challenging, but as I pen this blog, the pain seems to be subsiding, and I am hopeful for complete relief soon.
